Subsequently, the mechanical vibration is transmitted to the cutting blade through the amplitude modulator. The cutting blade transfers the vibration energy to the cutting surface of the toast. The energy generated by high-frequency vibration weakens the intermolecular forces on the cutting surface, thereby achieving cutting with almost no frictional resistance during the process.

For the packaging part, mechanical devices and control systems are usually used to convey and position the cut toast, and then packaging materials are used for sealing, such as heat sealing or bonding to seal the packaging bags.
