1. Product Introduction of Checkweigher Machine with Feeder and Rejector
The checkweigher machine detects the weight of the known objects. When the weight of the object exceeds the allowable upper and lower limits, the checkweigher system will automatically detect the out-of-tolerance, and can automatically remove it from the production process and give an alarm signal.
2. Characteristics and Structural Features of Checkweigher Machine
(1) The checkweigher machine is made of stainless steel with an open structure for easy and complete cleaning. The transmission structure can be easily disassembled without any tools, which simplifies the operation procedure and shortens the operation time.
(2) The 400 series checkweigher system is specially designed for a fully automatic packaging line, automatically removed from the production line when overweight and ultralight products are found.
(3) 400 series is a weight sorting machine that can reach up to 70-100 packages/min.
(4) The checkweigher system is equipped with an alarm with sound and light.
(5) The rejection device of the checkweigher machine is optional.
(6) There are two types of rejecters for the checkweigher machine, sink conveyor and pusher. Some time can use a robot system also.
(7) The electronic balance can record more than 100 kinds of products.
(8) Scale with 10.4 touch screen display, which can connect with scanner and date printer.
